Chef Matisse (Cell 831 251-4781)

Sushi is cold rice, delicately flavored with a sweetened rice vinegar then filled with a variety of seafood and /or vegetables and wrapped in nutritious seaweed. It is served with soysauce for diping, wasabi (hot green horseradish) for spice, and with sweet pickled ginger for flavor and to cleanse the palate.

The seafood and vegetarian rolls offered at Sushi Now! are made fresh daily. They offer a healthy and delicious alternative to other fast foods.

Sushi Now! owner, Matisse Selman graduated from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), New York. He is a dedicated chef who insists on the CIA standards of absolute cleanliness, quality ingredients, attention to detail, good service, and of course flavor!
